In 1997 &#8211; Forester was the first dedicated SUV now developed into a spacious, refined and capable full-time 4WD wagon sitting at the top of its segment. The XT Forester is a four-speed auto only, which strikes out 169kW and a meaty 320Nm of torque and is virtually trimmed as the XS model, except for the more muscular engine [which is advertise by a bonnet scoop], the fitment of bigger 17-inch alloy wheels and alloy floor pedals for the driver and Xenon headlights.</p>
